Our work covers customer validation, business model development, team formation and planning the resources required. With established companies, we develop partnerships and new business. For growth, financing or succession, we connect the commercial plan with future leadership.
Three offerings make this work concrete: Venture Building, Corporate Venture Partnerships and Capital & Ownership. KØDE MERCHANT is the financing and transaction preparation capability within Capital & Ownership.
How we contribute over time
We aim to support selected companies beyond their initial development and participate in their long-term growth. Any potential ownership stake rests on a defined contribution from KØDE, clear responsibilities and agreed commercial terms.
BUILD · BACK · OWN describes the roles we may take: working on the business, supporting its development through capabilities and partnerships, and taking long-term ownership responsibility. The scope and form of our contribution depend on the individual venture.

N7X4 brings together strategy, organization, people and governance in management consulting. KØDE applies this talent-centered perspective to building companies, developing entrepreneurial partnerships and shaping ownership.
